AIX IRC channel moving home

Due to the spat over on Freenode, ##aix has (at least for now) setup camp on Libera IRC network.

    Many official channels, freebsd, gentoo, etc, have moved to Libera, and it is more and more likely that ##aix on freenode will move completely.

    It looks like Freenode will die a slow (or fast) death.
